My name is Sarah Melén and I am a goal keeper living in Frisco, TX. I play wiith the Dallas Texans 01 ECNL. Additionally, I am the Team Captain for the John Paul II High School Varsity Soccer Team. We compete in the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS), District 1-6A. I train daily, 3 days/week with my ECNL Team (2 team and 1 GK) and 5 days/week with my High School Team. I also have a weekly Goal Keeper Training session with Matt Montayne, the University of North Texas (UNT) Goal Keeper Coach. Looking to constantly improve my speed, agility, and vertical, I accomplish 2-3 goal keeper specific, strength and conditioning trainings each week. I live to Play and Play to win.
